Results has great people who work there. It is also a place that will teach you to succeed . They don't just want employees they want to help you to be the best you can possibly be. I went from agent to my own office in less than 3 months. one of their mottos is to put the very best people in the best positions for them. This is great cause they are able to look at your best qualities and areas of opportunity and teach you to be great. I have been with the company for five years and it has grown and changed for the better year after year. Great place to work.
