      Solid practice!

      Pros

      The doctors are world renowned. They have invented procedures, mentored others, and genuinely care about their patients well-being. Great team to work with. Management cared for their staff, worked to keep a family culture as best as possible in a growing practice.

      Cons

      Growing pains were visible during a period of time where the practice was growing and there was not enough staff to efficiently build the necessary structure for the back office and clinics. From what I hear they have hired a team to take the practice to the next level, so this may no longer be a current "con".
