- Company is growing - Product is very good but has a ton of competition (upstarts, legacy/enterprise, custom builds)

Cons

- New AI builders are a bit scary for Retool's value prop - No where close to "hyper-growth" - Marketing??? No one knows about Retool other than people who know about Retool. It should be a viral product. I don't think I've seen a single Retool re-targeting ad. It's really odd. - All the usual start-up growing pains, nothing out of the ordinary
