Pros

Good company to work for if you're a junior developer wanting to gain experience in multiple different technologies.

Cons

Benefits and salaries are sub-standard. Inexperienced management that has been promoted from within with little regard for skill. Long history of bad development and IT decisions that are stunting technological growth. Upper management is not tech savvy and distrusts new technologies in general. High turnover.

Pros

They went above and beyond to work around my school schedule, always challenging me to push myself harder, very open to my ideas and working with me even though I was very new. They let me get my hands into a lot of different projects and really push my skill level.

Cons

They were not exactly the job I was working for when I graduated. I decided I wanted to work for a larger advertising agency instead of a in house marketing team.
