Pros

I enjoy learning new manufacturing processes and being part of a team. I find it exciting to see the finished projects and know that people like what I have made.

Cons

The CAD software is cumbersome. Processes are not well defined.

Pros

Reliable work in a union shop. Pay is OK but not stellar. Thanks to short breaks, standard shift is actually eight hours and five minutes.

Cons

There's something in the water at Rev-A-Shelf that encourages nastiness. Everyone I worked with from day to day had an axe to grind including my supervisor. It'll never be the world's greatest job, but Rev-A-Shelf would be tolerable if not for the rotten attitude.
