Great company and fair company. Like any other career/profession...if you are accountable and do what you say you are going to do and can do, you have opportunities to grow.

As flexible working hours are becoming more of the norm, this is something they have been slow to adapt to. However, as a manufacturer, people need to be around the products and people to get a feel for things
