Pros

Everyone here is very nice and management works to keep everyone happy. Very flexible with personal schedules.

Cons

Keeping everyone happy is detrimental to their progress. Meetings about meetings, poor management skills. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians running around.So many cases of talking about what needs to be done, but no action ever really taken.

All of management inside plant and in offices are horrible!! No mission! No purpose. Management is for self and will run anyone over. Run!!!
