- Good, smart people working here - Transparent leadership that encourages questions and asks for our input - Very culture-conscious/wants to make sure that employees are happy - Really awesome product!

Cons

Being a start-up, you have to be very adaptable to change. There's a steeper learning curve than you'd get a bigger company. No 401k match.

Pros

Management is transparent and open. Growing company that gives lots of ownership to people early on. Opportunity to work with smart people every day. Rev is an intellectual democracy--best idea wins. Realistic goals and objectives. People are held accountable but not overworked.

Cons

Remote work culture is not for everyone. Autonomous work often required. Not as many flashy perks as some other SF startups (dinners, laundry, etc.), but I'd easily trade that for a solid, growing business model.

• Jason, our CEO is very transparent with what's going on in the company. • Employees are rewarded and promoted for their effort/accomplishments rather than how long they've been with the company. • I'm trusted to do my job. No micro-managing from my boss. • Great pay, $100 uber/commuter credit every month, free food and drinks in the kitchen, catered lunches every Friday, fun offsite events • Very good work/life balance. Can work from home as needed. No strict office hours. Unlimited PTO.
