Great people in engineering, but most gone now

Pros

I loved my coworkers in the engineering department. Super kind and funny people. Great snacks in the office and great lunch perks.

Cons

I didn't appreciate the way that the CEO conducted layoffs. Felt very unprofessional and uncaring. Most of the good people in engineering are gone after three rounds of layoffs effecting the eng department significantly.

Cons

* No good team mobility * Uninteresting projects * Junior/inexperienced managers * Immature engineering culture * Compensation is OK but not competitive (125K as IC3) * No 401K matching * No diversity among senior tech leadership, still feels "bro-y"
