Fine but unorganized

Pros

The coworkers are great and you can work remotely

Cons

Lots of exec turnover, the company doesn’t care about its ppl anymore. Huge layoff that was handled in an extremely unprofessional way, then the ceo basically rubbed salt in the wounds stating how unnecessary the employees who were let go were. Multiple ppl left of their own accord afterwards

Not great for marketing professionals

Pros

Good product, mission, and perks.

Cons

Marketing & sales are an afterthought, and leadership treats them as such. If you are looking for career growth in these departments, there are much better companies in Austin to pursue ahead of Rev. It is also very much a boy's club, which heavily influences how and when promotions happen, unfortunately.

Pros

You earn more money, and gain access to more opportunities as you get better at the job. You also eventually get the option to pick up more types of work.

Cons

Unless you type well over 100 words per minute, you will probably end up working for hours on longer projects, and the payment sometimes doesn't even approach minimum wage. I was working full-time hours, but only earning about $500 every month.
