Pros

They give really great code reviews (along with giving me tips that can make my code more sophisticated). Treated us like other full-time employees, where anyone could work from home or enter/leave the office at any time as long as we could make the online meetings. The company is small enough that you could see what everyone (including PMs, designers, sales, CTO, etc) is working on. As an intern, it was great to get a better understanding of what other roles do and how the company functions. It's also a very social environment.

Cons

The salary was slightly lower than some other companies that I knew of but those were big companies.

Culture is a mixed bag - not how it was portrayed in the interview. Dysfunctional leadership - top down. Made promises they were not willing nor able to keep. Lack of direction to new employees. Inadequate onboarding to achieve ramp-up goals.

I won't go through all the start-up perks. You've seen them before. Most San Fran start-ups are fairly competitive with these things and Rev has them too. Things Rev.com offers that most those others don't: * Appreciation of family/work life balance * Stellar pay * Remote working friendly * Extremely respectful, diverse, culture, where good ideas are valued regardless of where they come from * Good work is recognized and appreciated * Innovation and excitement of a San Fran startup, with the maturity and knowledge of seasoned leadership

Cons

I'm sure there are cons somewhere. But only having been here a couple months I haven't found them yet.
