      Used to have great individual contributors and many great managers

      Cons

      -CEO is directionless, constantly changing strategy, driven by ego. He doesn't appear to listen to anyone. -lacking diversity (BIPOC, gender, age) -most senior female leaders (VPs) quit -very high voluntary attrition (even prior to 3 rounds of consecutive layoffs)

      Fast-paced environment, good pay and benefits,

      Cons

      Rev had 3 layoffs in the past 18 months, each time laying off approximately 1/3 of the company. The leadership has no clue what they are doing, yet they are letting go their smartest people and keeping favorites. Retention rate is really bad and favoritism is a big problem here.

      - The OG employees that have been there for more than a year

      Cons

      - Remote friendly before pandemic, now they are reversing that for a lot of positions? Talk about backwards - Crazy turnover rate, veteran employees are leaving in droves, causing a shift in company culture
