      Okay place to work if you are a US citizen or if job security is not your primary concern

      Cons

      Layoffs will happen silently, you maybe asked to leave immediately without any signs. The leadership is not transparent at all, can get toxic at times

      The mission is good and is helping people.

      Cons

      The upper management is terrible as everyone has said before. This company acquires companies and do massive layoffs, HR doesn’t care and the whole company feels archaic by the way they conduct themselves.
