Pros

Remote work PTO The company was better when I first started and now they seem like they don't care about their employees

Cons

Pay Micromanagement by higher ups Constant change of accounts without training or with minimum training Management doesn't care to listen Inability to move up in career Overall feels like a dead end with more responsibilities and minimum increase in pay while they complain that we aren't doing "enough"

Pros

Good learning environment, strong exposure to DevOps and cloud technologies, collaborative team culture, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and automation tools.

Cons

Limited opportunities for broader platform ownership and long-term career growth compared to larger engineering-focused organizations.
