Good people, but chaotic

Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Opportunities to connect with coworkers, even as remote employee, are good. Strong focus on diversity and equity, and trying to make work a fun place to be.

Cons

Disorganized and difficult to maintain work life balance. Half of leadership is extremely supportive, other half not so much.

Pros

Revamp is a pretty good overall! The pay is pretty good and upper management cares about our mental health. Everyone I have worked with has been great and they're always willing to help.

Cons

None that I can think of as of now.

You are expected to do a lot, but not much personal guidance. Pretty natural for a remote job, but it is not difficult to ask for help when you need it
