Good people, but chaotic

Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Opportunities to connect with coworkers, even as remote employee, are good. Strong focus on diversity and equity, and trying to make work a fun place to be.

Cons

Disorganized and difficult to maintain work life balance. Half of leadership is extremely supportive, other half not so much.

Best place I have ever worked

Pros

Hybrid work environment, great collaboration, honest people and great leadership. Feels connected even with people everywhere. It is a very open and inclusive environment.

Cons

Deadlines can cause late hours, its a growing company so processes are in flux. It is improving and there is a focus on work life balance.

Just what I was looking for!

Pros

- I love the mission driven culture. A commitment to having an impact on climate change is a hard requirement to work here, and that has created a great environment. - DE&I, coming from a firm that only did lip-service to these initiatives (at best) it has been a breath of fresh air to work in an environment that properly values and acts on creating an environment of equity and inclusion. - Pay and benefits. Wow! the 401k is killer, the medical is great, bonus, PTO, other little perks like monthly wellness. - 100% remote option for most roles (including mine!) I really feel like this is the "post-covid" workplace done right and I am excited to watch the team grow.

Cons

None that I have encountered so far.
