Pros

* AMAZING training. You will learn a lot, that's guaranteed. *Soft skill training - weekly QCs will get you out of your comfort zone and will really prepare you for being able to talk about the tech you learn when it comes time to interview with a client. *Build really cool full-stack web applications you're proud to show off to potential employers. *Make really great friends with your batch-mates. You will get close with them over the 10 week training period and it's great for building a strong network. *Interview with top-industry clients.

Cons

*Training is very, very intense. Not for the feint of heart. They will release you from training if you are not keeping pace with the curriculum. You have to be fully committed. *Communication between departments could be improved. *Very difficult to FULLY complete a project given the natural time progression of the training.
