I have started my career as a Java developer and learnt a lot technically during my first year. A typical place to have lot of learning and work with different tools. Good opportunities are available if you are capable enough to spend more time on learning new technologies. Managers and trainers groom the employees well. Highly recommended.

Cons

Nothing to highlight, they are doing good.

Pros

It's great place to start your career. There is in-depth training for 10 weeks and we get into client project. This place would be ideal to start off your career and to get updated with latest technologies. Work culture and environment is good.

Cons

Could not find anything wrong.

Pros

They provide an excellent and most intensive training. At least you don't have to go to an expert training and spend big currencies for the same program. They have a huge network of good clients they work with all over the country to provide immediate opportunity to work on projects.

Cons

Initial salary is less compared to industry, but it’s ok to start your career.
