Can be solid if going into Tech without background but do not bother applying for 4-6 months.

-Trainer was good and patient especially if you are relatively new to coding or have not had experience with IDE's used -Will take nearly anyone with a bachelors degree regardless of field if you are willing to learn

Cons

-Will have to work 5-10 hours each week outside of training time which is unpaid -Is currently letting people go without notice in large numbers -May have a tech stack that you do not want to learn (Java vs C++ etc...) -Do not get to pick job destination (do not love where you are currently)

Great program for those desperately seeking to get into software development. Instructors go above and beyond to make sure you understand the material. Healthy attitude.

Cons

There's a disconnect somewhere between the recruiters and HR. The enrollment process is not organized.
