Pros

Remote work (currently) is not always the case. Plenty of exposure to multiple software being used in the tech industry. Gaining experience by working on projects. Getting paid to learn!

Cons

Not enough time to fully understand all of the covered software. You might end up learning software you were not interested in learning. People might leave your batch. Leaving more of the workload on your shoulders causes unnecessary stress. Vague requirements for learning goals.

-Very transparent about how everything works -People that I worked with were all very kind and wanted me to succeed -Training was tough but rewarding

Cons

-Only main con would be the pandemic being the main detractor in me being able to find work with them
