Cons
Management is resistant to provide information on your status and potential clients. You have no knowledge of what technology stack you will be entered into and you're previous experience is not calculated into this decision. They will place you into a tech stack that you may not have the technology to work in. The trainers are often disengaged and it feels like they don't really care. The recruiters are heavily aggressive for no reason and will make demands that you leave your current job immediately or else you won't get the job even if you won't be immediately be onboarded.
