      Pros

      Job Guarantee, if you stay with the program you are guaranteed to be placed with a company. They give you plenty of opportunities to back out before commiting to the program.

      Cons

      You have no control over who you are placed with or where you are placed. This is the most challenging concept since you literally won't know anything until you are interviewed and even then you don't know where until a few days before you are hired/placed. You're salary doesn't happen until training is complete and you've been placed with a new company. This is compensated by them providing room and board during training.

      Pros

      My advice to anyone thinking about this opportunity is too make sure you are ready for the experience. It is very stressful but I have learned a lot. I also feel more confident not only in my programming ability but also how handle stress and adversity. In other words the process will test you but what you can get out of it can out weigh it all if you put in the effort and are willing to deal with the stress.
