A pretty good way to break into the coding industry, you just have to understand what you are getting into

Pros

-They essentially pay you to go to coding boot camp -Pay for certifications and prep you to take them -Help you to get a job -Meet some cool people -Project experience

Cons

-Pretty rigorous, if you don't keep up they will fire you -You will be underpaid once you actually get a position, but several coding boot camps offer payment plans that have a similar structure -You have to sign a two year contract, outside of extreme circumstances if you try to leave before then you owe them 36k

Honest Review for Software Engineering w/ Microservices Training

Pros

Real-life experience, Mock Interviews, Networking, Hands-on Learning...It's a great opportunity for those that can move. I did my training remotely which was hard for a learning environment, but better for my budget. UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR BECAUSE REVATURE IS TRANSPARENT. THEY GIVE YOU A 10 DAY TRIAL BEFORE SIGNING.

Cons

Only join if you are dedicated, Best for those wanting a career shift, you will have to move, but you will be placed with fortune 500 companies. IF YOU HAVE A YOUNG CHILD OR A BUSY LIFESTYLE THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU. THE TRAINING IS INTENSE (BUT WORTH IT)

Pros

After an intense training experience, I was placed with a company that was using all of the tools I was trained to use. I have had great success in the industry because of Revature and I highly recommend them.

Cons

No cons, it was a worthwhile experience
