Cons

recruiter will say it a boot camp where they pay you to learn and give you job but they will ask you to start producing in the second week in java.

Unless you already know how to code they will send you home. They also only want good looking women. It’s a misogynistic environment.

- Intense workload over a short period of time - Minimum wage during training and staging period - 2-year contract with relatively low pay - Relocation required - Lack of transparency in terms of drop rate and reasons to be dropped
