      The work is repetitive which I love and the managers are so helpful and really caring. They're very flexible

      The pay doesn't increase but they expect excellent quality and productivity

      Great Management, but job wasn't for me.

      Amazing Trainer, very supportive & encouraging management, good money, awesome co-workers,

      Cons

      Better to have experience in collections and/or have a sales mindset: persuasive, get payment by the end of the call, always! Not the best job for a more customer service mindset. In my opinion: You can't care about what happened and why they can't pay their medical bill or offer support/suggestions for help paying, like charity care - unless specified to do so.
