Pros

Spent many good years working on meaningful projects for happy customers.

Cons

Then Reveal ruined it. They also mucked up international labor laws which provided some entertainment. Just a completely unserious company pretending they know what they are doing

Pros

I loved working with the amazing people at one of the companies that was acquired. We solved real problems for real customers and had some great years.

Cons

Unfortunately Reveal just isn't it. The leadership is poor, there's no real plan in place, and there's no sign that things will get better. That led to my decision to leave.

Pros

"Remote work" if you could call it that.

Cons

The most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. Upper management would engage in gossip and badmouthing of employees. Goals were constantly changing, i.e. expected to get 2 projects done and then berated for not completing 5. Management indifferent to time zone differences, employees are expected to work overtime with no compensation. No bonuses, no raises. Even in a remote working environment, the pressure to relocate closer to the main offices was constant, and mandatory breaks were frowned upon. "You must complete your work in order to earn a break" is the mentality. Religious harassment was rampant. The pressure and coercion to convert to whatever Christian organization they deemed appropriate in main chat was constant. HR barely existent. Kiss your Title VII work rights goodbye.
