Pros

Good management style and coworker atmosphere. Growing company with great job security. 100% remote work with little to no micromanagement. Flexibility in schedule as well.

Cons

Little recognition for positive work; Opportunities for advancement are limited, pay increases minimal with promotions/advancement.

Pros

Flexible Work Schedule, remote, growing company, lots of change but working hard to get it right, ability to share concerns and be heard, respect from leadership, 4 health plan options to select from, company provide short/long disability. PTO accrual rates and 12 paid holidays.

Cons

401K share could improve as the company continues to grow.

They are honestly the most disorganized company I've ever encountered. The pay was awful!
