      Pros

      The Company I believe is trying to do its best for the employee's. There are a lot of great benefits, more holidays then any company I worked for. No late nights or weekends.

      Cons

      Leadership and training lacked. No encouragement or motivation. Those in training positions need to take course to train. Certain departments lack proper protocol and procedures. Makes for a lot of confusion and cause uncertainty.
