Pros
Revel IT is a very good firm to work for being in the consulting industry. They are very process oriented and follow all the measures to ensure employee is satisfied and their needs are met, in terms of salary, leaves, benefits, etc. They have good packages and are very direct in communicating what is available to the employee at the time of the offer. The recruiting staff and HR personnel are very professional and periodically keep in touch to ensure everything is good with the job.
Cons
Immigration process is not very smooth, or maybe it was just my experience, but there were few hiccups in my transfer process. For visa holders, this is most critical especially when we go with consulting firms as our employer.
