Pros

Nothing good to say. Not at all a moral company. They will hire anyone and fire you a few months later.

Cons

Revelex should be closed. I am shocked there are not a few dozen complaints on their BBB profile. Customers are treated so abhorrently it is unbelievable.

Zero micro management therefore self-motivation is required if you want to keep moving forward in the company. If you can bypass the communication issue, it's a great place to work and grow. Great co-workers.

Cons

Communication is an issue, management is aware and working on it.
