Good place to work and learn

Pros

Great environment to learn and practice new technologies, with a co-workers that are energetic and know the product. Working in an enterprise tool and with big clients.

Cons

Supporting legacy code that has little documentation (but slowly moving away from it). Training could improve for other areas of the company.

lot of responsibilities to deal with with less supervision so you learn a lot.

Cons

no snacks :( and no performance appraisal.
