      Awesome portfolio of brands and a ton of talented people to work with.

      The company strategy is always changing and no seeming long term vision. Every time people are bought into a plan, C-level and executive leadership changes.

      Pros

      Some of the dedicated and driven employees are truly the best part of the office. There are some core voices in all departments that truly care about the moto, bike and snow sports, and they continue to make the building run. These workers are working outside their job description and executing highly, I have the utmost respect and appreciation for them.

      Cons

      The continual dilution of brand authenticity will make the conglomerate of brands walk a tight rope of delivering growth expectations to high level management and completely alienating their consumer base and invested employees.
