It’s nice to work in the outdoor industry.

Cons

Despite the massive growth in the outdoor industry Revelyst continues its downward trajectory with its newest rounds of layoffs as they cut a huge percentage of jobs to appease the shareholders. What a time to be alive in the United States.

Pros

Compensation and benefits were relatively decent, although with the change from Vista to Revelyst, employees lost a lot of perks and benefits.

Cons

The leadership that arrived with the change from Vista to Revelyst was very inconsistent and incompetent. Willing to throw aside company and brand value in favor of the new flashy thing, made some bad leadership hires and then wasn't willing to correct course.
