(1) Leadership is directionless and contribute to the noise vs keeping the organization focused (2) Benefits, pay, and opportunities are paltry (3) None of the expected perks you'd expect from outdoor companies - getting out early in the afternoon (even once a season) to ski, fish, bike, etc.
