      nice atmosphere mostly nice people

      Cons

      little pay, no work life balance too much work per employee because of people quiting. nepotism or special cases sketchy work practices on our customers

      The portfolio of brands is strong, with a mix of legacy and emerging names that give you something to be proud of. The companies are based in a great towns, which significantly enhances the quality of life. While senior leadership has its moments, the people you work with day-to-day—from mid-management down—are genuinely solid and collaborative. • Strong, well-known outdoor and lifestyle brands • Located in a good town with access to outdoor recreation • Talented, down-to-earth coworkers at the mid and team level • Great health benefits

      Cons

      Compensation growth can be slow, with limited room for financial advancement, even with strong performance. There’s often a lack of clear brand direction across the portfolio, which can lead to confusion or missed strategic opportunities. Top-level leadership can feel disconnected from the day-to-day operations, making some high-level decisions seem out of touch with the culture and needs of the teams doing the work. While it's understood that the business is in transition, it has been over a year, and there’s still no clearly defined direction or cohesive plan in place.
