It's a public company so this quarter is the main driver regardless of damage poor decisions may make in the future. Layoffs are a regular thing.

It’s nice to work in the outdoor industry.

Cons

Despite the massive growth in the outdoor industry Revelyst continues its downward trajectory with its newest rounds of layoffs as they cut a huge percentage of jobs to appease the shareholders. What a time to be alive in the United States.
