      Pros

      I love my job, and I think everyone knows it. I enjoy the creativity, compassionate coworkers, relaxed and fun environment, focus on the outdoors, and draw to the brands. I work with the best leaders in the industry and get training and appreciation from them.

      Cons

      We're going through a transition but it's not uncertain enough for me to leave. We could increase effective communications re: what's going on with our new partners, SVP, and explanations to cuts or major changes. People don't typically thrive in uncertain environments but I believe we will stablize and rise to the top. I am here to see it through!

      Pros

      -You get tons of work experience because you get the job of all the people they lay off. - It will help you appreciate the next job because nothing can be worse than here.

      Cons

      - Every single president uses the same verbiage as the CEO, north star doesn't mean what you think it means.... - There is no individuality or thinking outside what the CEO says allowed amongst the leaders. - Every employee is in constant fear they will get laid off. - Good employees are leaving every day because of the aforementioned cons.

      Pros

      There are some wonderful, talented people working here.

      Cons

      Short-sighted decisions, annihilation of strong brands, zero transparency. Talented people given the shaft, lots of failing upward which has led to widespread incompetency. Two-faced executives and leaders. Unrealistic targets. Absolutely no strategy on any level. Insurmountable workload due to RTO mandate and cut after cut after cut.
