A paycheck and health insurance.

Cons

The only way this company profits is through the exploitation of its workers force. Smartest people have already left. The only people left are the ones that can’t find a job elsewhere. Don’t let their compensation package fool you. Due to constant lay offs and churn, you won’t be able to take time off for holidays.

Most incompetent leadership and senior leadership team I have ever had the displeasure of working with. No values or care for employees. Awful work environment. They will either let you go, or you will end up leaving.
