Pros

Several paid holidays. Stories of incompetence to last a lifetime.

Cons

Narcissistic frauds playing “business man” hide behind endless consultants. The supply chain is comically ineffective driving up the distribution costs which will continue to rise after having contracted a 3PL out of naivety and laziness. Engine breaks down? Change the tires!

Pros

Met some of my best friends working at Fox/Revelyst

Cons

I worked at Fox Racing originally just before Revelyst took over. Immediate layoffs following the buyout. I've heard from friends that still work there that they've had a number of waves of layoffs since then. If you get hired just know it may be a limited run.

Pros

Strong suite of brands with colored history to work on.

Cons

I would avoid this place at all costs. Horrible management team and a "boy's club" mentality echoed by other reviewers are true. Most of the negative comments on management favoritism, outsourcing for business advice, and death of culture are also true. The management promotes within their friend circles and pat each other on the backs while sidelining anyone else. They regularly use layoffs as a way to achieve financials and will rehire at a much lower pay. If you are joining after one of these cases, best of luck.
