Pros

I believe that their salary is competitive for workers in the administrative office positions

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate, too many rules, unprofessional and misleading in their work culture. Not an enjoyable workplace environment as a whole. The office has a game room that is supposed to promote team building and good work-life balance, however micro-managing and all of their "hidden" rules makes this problematic. Absence of adequate training for administrative staff results in less production and lack of expectations for good job performance.
