Walmart adjacent, well stocked vending machines.

Cons

Black employees feel singled out and marginalized. Certain rules; cell phones on the floor, food on the floor, attendance guidelines seem only applicable to black employees. In addition to white privilege, management forces employees to leave positive reviews, training is inconsistent and the compensation is a joke. I hated coming into work every single day.

There’s a vending machine with cheap Red Bull’s, and will hire monkies.

Wants to hire but not pay for necessary experience. Forces you to write reviews for the company.

It is a great company to work for. We have great team work and a great staff. I enjoy coming to work every day. I have and will refer Revention to by close friends and family. I worked for a company that closed the facility that I worked at and I found Revention. I have loved working here every day since. The people are great, and we all work as a team and help each other. Thanks for the chance Revention I am looking forward to working here for a very long time.

Cons

Like any company there are some things that i might do differently but they are minor at best.
