Compensation is competitive. The engineering team stands out — highly skilled, collaborative, and genuinely supportive colleagues. There are also good opportunities for internal mobility across teams and departments.

      Cons

      Some productivity metrics, like lines of code or PR count. The culture favors those who prioritize work and seek big, complex challenges. Industry-standard frameworks are rarely used, which may affect long-term skill relevance. Compensation can be inconsistent — new mid-level hires might out-earn experienced seniors or leads. Team quality varies: some have weak product direction. It's easy to experience imposter syndrome, even as a strong engineer.
