Some points to take into account: - Some departments have been settings KPIs which are unattainable based on available resources, both for teams and individuals. - Small mistakes have overblown consequences in performance reviews, which have a strong impact on salary. - There is a constant pressure to deliver and in some departments, the hustle is real which often becomes toxic (people working long hours, stress, higher rotation, etc.) - Hiring decisions aren't the best.
