Pros

Salary is good, and they are still contracting fully remote. However, the toll on the mental health might not worth it. If you really wants to join, I strongly advise you be already in therapy or start one as soon as you enter.

Cons

Too much pressure to deliver work, and (at least in the department I was) no real planning on how to deliver the work. They always push the quarter reviews down to pay less bonuses or no bonus at all. I had to deal with very toxic behaviors from two specific people in head positions. Fellow colleagues felt the same way about their toxicity.
