Pros

Payment is ok, the bonuses are what makes the pay worth it. Remote working is a necessity nowadays. Health insurance is good. There’s opportunities to apply for new roles internally and get salary raises.

Cons

KPIs are high, sometimes not reachable, and the pressure is always on. PIP culture on the DNA. After reaching 30k/year as TL or Trainer, it’s very hard to get a raise.
