Pros

A great place to learn and grow. I’m in one of the expansion countries, which still feels like a startup, so there are plenty of opportunities to launch new features and take on big responsibilities.

Cons

It's really hard to get resources and support from the headquarters. We're almost begging to be prioritized.

Pros

- Fully-remote role - Allows you to take ownership from the start

Cons

I joined Revolut as a Strategy and Operations Manager largely drawn by the promise of a fully remote work environment and the dynamic company culture they emphasized during the interview process. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what was promised. From the start, the expectations were set unrealistically high. The KPIs assigned during the probation period were nearly impossible to achieve, making it feel like the company is operating a revolving door policy. This sentiment is not unique to me; it’s echoed by several other reviewers, which raises serious concerns about the company’s management practices. While the work itself is okay, it lacks the challenge and engagement I experienced in my previous roles. The initial excitement quickly faded as it became clear that the culture promoted during the hiring process did not align with the reality within the company. Ultimately, I made the decision to leave Revolut. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a fulfilling and stable career, particularly if you value a strong, supportive work culture and realistic performance expectations.
