      The work culture is really bad here... the work pressure is too high and they expect everything to be perfect.. it's been 4 months here and the mental pressure is too high especially if you're working for the expansion countries because they're making you handle global queues as well, whereas the agent from the global queues are only handling one vertical but agents from expansion queues are handling 3 verticals.. even a single vertical is very vast but they expect you to be perfect in all 3.. also the chats concurrency is 4-5 at a time and you only get 10 mins to reply.. now by this logic you only get 2-3 mins per chat... the management is not so good in this regard if i say so.

      no pros at all they will terminate your contact.

      i have never heard of a company that hires and the fires you for not hitting a target once, you do not get told about this and on your 3rd month they will let you go. i have also seen people that have hit target in the last week of them 3 months and still be fired. They have not paid that individual properly after they let them go and then they have gone ghost - no response to calls or emails and they wash their hand with you soon as its done. I have worked for a few sales company as i have been doing this for 13 years and this is the worst standards i have ever seen from a company. I WOULDN'T WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING HERE!!!!!!

      Remote working Wfh setup Salary UK shifts At the end all this for nothing but trauma :)

      Cons

      They will hire you for 6 months only to terminate you. They would not consider any hard work spirits. No recognition but criticism.
