      I have learnt more in my time at Revolut than at any other company Peers - the people you work with are like minded, ambitious, output focussed individuals. Working with people who are aligned to the same culture enables delivery of high quality products (both internal and external) There is a lot of effort happening in terms of culture and wellbeing- we had a newsletter on wellbeing and wellbeing days that we could take which was a great acknowledgement of staff. Also i got a branded gift for my anniversary and birthday from the company Sometimes the hours can be long but at least the company acknowledges it and gives back to us

      Small group of senior people in charge that make decisions that impact employees with little thought - thinking is not bigger picture thinking at times when it comes to cost vs impact on employees and business success
