      Well settled hiring processes KPI focus on everyone as well as recruiters Salaries are good You can work how many hours you want if you reach your KPIs

      Cons

      Looks like a call center for recruiters where you have to do 25 calls per week In case of good performance, they are able not to pay you a KPI bonus Hard to do any changes/improvements if it could be needed
