      Don't fall in the trap of the salary

      Really competitive salary and Remote

      Cons

      We are really far away from working in startup where you can express your opinion. Micro management is the rule even at high level. Few opportunities to brainstorm or work in a team. The top management is really cold, the few time they ask something is to discredit your job. There is a culture of distrust everybody. They don't care about employees as shown by the turnover rate. Finally I was surprised how few the company is data driven.

      Good company but needs

      Pros

      Fast paced company where you’ll learn a lot quickly. Innovative way of managing the business. Decent salary and share options Culture isn’t as bad as portrayed

      Cons

      Recruiters over sell roles and benefits because they get a big cash bonus for everyone they recruit - leads to a mismatch in expectations and a high staff turnover Terrible pension contributions - they only provide the legal minimum (3% up to 50k) which isn’t clear No support or induction into the company / role Not a very collaborative working culture

Our L&D team prepared new onboarding plan for New Joiners and all trainings required by law are in place as well.       Pros

      Not much.. Maybe a good office or coffee, but that comes from exploiting employees salaries.

      Cons

      Everything. Do not believe what they tell you, it can change at the last minute. Promised a bonus? Wait until you get it, if you get it. Promised promotion? Expect some "reorganisation" or a wait of 6months". Just... don't work here..
